Letter from the SBO

letterfromsbo

Before anything else, we would like to say, “Thank you”. Those are the words I would like to say to the students who elected us to be this school year’s Student Body Organization (SBO) officers. We are beholden to you for entrusting to us our respective positions. As an elected officer, we get to help make important decisions that will guide our schoolmates through the academic year. Basically, our main aim is to foster a student government image of camaraderie and responsive and responsible leadership.

As each one of us exert our utmost effort as individuals to be the efficient leaders of today’s generation, we attempt to assist the student body by means of attending to the student’s scholastic needs, extra-curricular activities, and train students for leadership positions. With our diverse thoughts, synergy, and combined efforts as student prefects, we can build up ideas that will help our schoolmates as well as this institution. We do have projects at hand and we are striving to do more than our best to raise funds by conducting events.

We are not going follow where the path may lead. We will go instead where there is no path and leave a trail. This means that the best example of leadership is leadership by example. We are going to leave the future leaders a trail to which they would follow and for them to leave a legacy to the school. We hope to live up to your expectations and we hope that you support us on our upcoming events.
