STEP ONE: The parent/guardian of the student must accomplish the Registration and Enrollment Form. All the necessary forms for enrollment and registration can be requested at the Administration Office or can be downloaded on the school’s website. The requirements and forms for registration and enrollment of old students are listed below:
- AAIS Enrollment Form for Old Students
- Bus Service Form OR Student Pick-Up Registration Form
- Photocopy of renewed Iqama of parent and/or child, new passport of parents and/or child, and/or completed change of information form (if applicable)
- Completed Order Forms: Books, Uniforms, and ID (if applicable)
STEP TWO: Parents/guardians must submit the requirements written above to the Registrar’s Office. Incoming preparatory, grade 1, junior and senior high school students will be scheduled to take the proficiency exam before they enroll.
Parent(s)/guardian(s) must take note of their child’s scheduled proficiency exam. When the results have been released, the School Registrar will send the child’s parent/s a letter containing the results of the child’s proficiency exam. Parents may request to meet with the Overall Academic Coordinator to better understand their child’s proficiency exam results.
STEP THREE: Parents must pay the following fees at the Cashier’s Office: (1) reservation and registration fee, (2) proficiency exam fee (if applicable), (3) tuition fee of first school term/quarter, (4) bus fee (if applicable), (5) book fees, and (6) uniform fees. After payment, the child will be given an Admission Slip, which will be presented to their class adviser on the first day of class and an Order Slip, which will be presented to the Supply Officer and Librarian for the releasing of their purchased books, uniforms, and school ID.
Students with applications for enrollment that have not been paid for will not be considered enrolled by the school and will not be given an Admission Slip. Students without an Admission Slip will not be allowed to attend their respective class when classes begin.
